My story
With a background in tourism and a specialized master's degree, I turned this passion into my profession. For years I worked in hotels, becoming part of the experiences of thousands of people. This led me to understand that the devil is in the details.
My work stems from a clear idea: experiences are not the same for everyone. My curiosity to understand how the brain works and how we interpret moments led me to delve into psychology, perception, and emotion. Understanding this difference is what allows us to recognize when something truly matters.
